Request for proposal for Production of a documentary and a series of videos for the youtube channel
SCOPE OF TENDER:
1. Developing creative concepts for the documentary and YouTube series, including visual style and storylines for each episode, in consultation with UNDP.
2. Identifying and securing filming locations, and coordinating logistics for the interviews, including arrangements and accommodations if necessary.
3. Providing and coordinating the filming crew and equipment, including high-definition professional cameras, audio, and lighting equipment.
4. Producing in Kazakh and Russian languages:
25 minutes documentary that shows the actual and specific cases of the transformative impact of UNDP in Kazakhstan over the past three decades
7 YouTube episodes, 15 minutes in length each, featuring individuals whose life has been positively impacted by UNDP's work in Kazakhstan.
5. Editing the documentary film and YouTube series, including all post-production work such as graphics and sound design.
6. Submitting final draft versions to UNDP for comments and approval, leaving at least two weeks’ time for UNDP to provide up to two rounds of feedback.
7. Editing and finalizing each piece of the content, incorporating feedback from UNDP.
8. Providing English, Kazakh and Russian subtitles for each piece of the content.
9. Producing 8 teaser videos (one for each piece of the content for promotion on social media platforms) that are up to two minutes in length and include subtitles.
10. Creating 20 visual graphics that can be used as web banners and information assets on social media.
